Before working with Preyasi, I was stuck in a rut. I had no desire to workout, I was experiencing anxiety as a new mom, and I was living in a new state. I lacked the support of friends & community. I was also unhappy with how I felt in my body.

I saw Preyasi share her own journey and saw some similar struggles. And for the first time, I realized this was something I needed for my mental and emotional health along with the physical.

My biggest breakthrough has been my mindset and the mental transformation. I’ve lost 17 pounds and am motivated to keep going because this is a lifestyle change.

The physical rewards have been great and while I know there’s more work to be done there, the mental and emotional transformation has been the most rewarding and freeing.

I feel like it’s sustainable. I’ve been able to lose weight in the past, but it always came back when I ate things I couldn’t on a diet. Before hiring Preyasi, I did a lot of diets and worked with another personal trainer who had a different approach. I lost the weight temporarily and gained it again quickly after.

I knew it was time to hire a coach when I realized I had put on 15 pounds and couldn't lose it. I also knew I had to make a lifestyle change with the health conditions surrounding my family.

From the first conversation to the present day, I had a very different vision of my health & fitness journey!

I have learned so many valuable habits that have now been embedded into my daily lifestyle.

I've learned health and fitness isn't about a snapshot moment/time frame, but a journey one takes. It is a step by step process and you have to be patient for the results.

Preyasi has shown me that listening to my body is the key.

The biggest breakthrough for me has been to realize it is okay to enjoy meals when not counting macros. I’ve created a balance between when I am home and when I am socializing.

The other big win has been acknowledging that it is okay to indulge one day and refocus the next day.

Preyasi has been great in guiding me and encouraging me to push a little bit more. Knowing I can do it and being the biggest cheerleader whether it is a big win or small win.

The guidance and support has been so valuable. From the quick check in texts throughout the week or our weekly meets. I can't wait for us to start strength training.

I love how she knows when to push me even though there is a hesitation. I feel like I am going through this journey with a friend who is there to catch me, if I fall and help me find a solution instead of a trainer who will be disappointed.
